Be a Dynamic Embodied Presence: Integrate Skills for a Daily Gestalt Meditative Practice
Participate in the remaining sessions of this 10 week series!
You will experience incorporating a Gestalt practice to be an embodied presence to yourself and others in the relational field that involves developing a meditative
discipline.
This workshop integrates Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga, Energy Medicine, Sound, Breath, Movement, Imagery, and Mindfulness and embodied Meditation Practices with Gestalt practice principles.
This series is open to Gestalt practitioners, coaches, counselors, individuals and couples who want to co-create an energetic field that supports a daily practice for a dynamic embodied presence that supports you in your work and relationships. Join Lalei Gutierrez, Rosanna Zavarella, and Phil Belzunce to learn and practice applying Dynamic Embodied Presence skills within the community. Forgiveness: Recognizing the Gestalt - Reframing Grief
Therapists, counselors, social workers and clergy will discuss the tasks of grieving, revised to determine task of forgiveness from a gestalt perspective. They will learn through embodied experiences, group process, and lecture, co-creating a definition of forgiveness that can be utilized in their professional and personal lives. The ACE (adverse childhood experiences study) will be used as a way to ground assessment in b est practices and support a deeper understanding of the challenges in regards to the process of forgiveness. Join facilitators Pamela Gleisser and Phil Belzunce for this workshop to be held Wednesday, November 19, 2014.

A Brief Introduction to Gestalt Practice
Take part in this introductory workshop be be held Friday, November 21, 2014.
Facilitated by Allison Bruce, this workshop[ is a series of exercises through which
participants will experience becoming fully present in the here and now and
experience the difference in the impact they have using Gestalt principles. If you
are new to the practice of Gestalt, this workshop is for you.

Meeting Schedule:
The Tuesday Evening Personal Growth Group meets every other Tuesday (7:00pm-9:30pm)
Fee:
Fee is $18.00 per hour for 21/2 hour sessions = $45.00, with usually two sessions a month.
As one begins membership, payment is expected for five sessions in advance with monthly payments thereafter.
Members are charged for sessions while they are members, whether or not they attend.

We recommend that applicants participate in an introductory weekend workshop at GIC (www.gestaltcleveland.org) to have an experience with our method of work before they make this commitment to membership.
